OUR BOOKING & REFUND POLICY
In response to changing marketplace conditions, we are committed to ensuring our guests experience flexibility during these challenging times. We are implementing new policies:
Booking: A deposit is required to secure your reservation date
Payment is due in full 45 days prior to arrival. Deposits and balance payments made are non-refundable, however are fully transferable within 2 years of the original reservation date.
Full Refund: A full refund of the deposit and/or balance payment will be refunded due to any uncontrollable government issued travel restrictions related to COVID-19 (coronavirus).
Cancellation: You may cancel for any reason, and we will retain the deposit and/or balance payment You will have 2 full years (24 months) to rebook at the same rate
