HERE'S WHAT MAKES A ROUND-ROBIN TOURNAMENT SPECIAL:

• Every Player Gets a Shot: Unlike some tournaments where a single loss can knock you out, a round-robin guarantees each contestant the opportunity to play every other participant. This levels the playing field and ensures everyone gets a chance to shine.

  No Seeding, No Biases: We ditch the pre-determined rankings. In a round-robin, there's no prior seeding to dictate who you play. You'll face off against a variety of opponents, testing your skills and keeping the competition exciting.

So, whether you're a seasoned pickleball player or a passionate recreational player, this tournament is for you!

Tournament Highlights:

• Fair Play for All: This round-robin format ensures a level playing field for everyone. Three divisions – Women's Doubles, Men's Doubles, and Mixed Doubles – will compete separately.

• Multiple Matches, Multiple Chances: 7 Teams will play 6 other teams, with everyone getting a bye for a balanced schedule. This ensures maximum playing time and strategic variety.

• Fast-Paced Action: Buckle up for a 3-hour tournament packed with exciting rallies.

• Scoring: Matches will be played to 15 points, win by 2.

• Strategic Timeouts: Each team gets two 2-minute timeouts to strategize.

The Rewards of Victory:

• Gold Medal Glory: Gold Medalists teams in each division will be automatically entered for a drawing to win a whopping $500 deposit each towards a 2025 Pickleball Getaway with the Pickleball Travelers Club! (Imagine, winning AND traveling to play with friends!)

• First, Second, and Third Place winners in each division will be recognized with medals for their accomplishments

• Paddle Up! Each division “team” (Women's, Men's, and Mixed Doubles) will be automatically entered for a drawing to win Selkirk Paddles of their choice (up to $250 value each). The winning drawn team each receive a Selkirk paddle.
