Randall Wood, Owner of Pickleball Travelers Club, continues to refine the pickleball players' experience by drawing upon his extensive expertise leading pickleball groups to the Hacienda Pinilla Beach Resort in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Randall has crafted a Pickleball Getaway that perfectly blends the thrill of pickleball, adventure, and exploration with the captivating beauty and culture of Costa Rica.

SAMPLE DAILY ITINERARY

• 7-8am - Chef prepared breakfast served at accommodations

• 8-11am - 2-3 hours of Pickleball Instruction / Open Play

• Noon - Lunch on your own (J.W. Marriott or Beach Club House (Optional)

• Free Time / Participate in various activities on and/or off the premises to include excursions

• Optional (4:30pm - 6:30pm) Evening Pickleball (Open Play / Private Lessons) all based on court availability

• 6:45pm Dinner on Haceinda Pinilla premise or in nearby Tamarando

We've designed our policy to be both fair and flexible, ensuring your peace of mind while protecting your reservation.

Payment:

Full payment for your booking is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.

Book with Confidence: Our Flexible Options

We understand that plans can change. That's why we offer strong flexibility with your booking:

• Generous Rebooking Window: Should you need to cancel for any reason, your balance payment is non-refundable but remains fully transferable to a new reservation. You'll have an extensive 2 full years (24 months) from your original reservation date to rebook with us. This means your investment is secure, and you can reschedule at your convenience without penalty.

• Tiered Cancellation Options: For cancellations made well in advance, we offer the following refund possibilities:

• 90+ Days Prior to Arrival: Cancel 90 or more days before your arrival, and receive a 75% refund of your balance payment.

• 60-89 Days Prior to Arrival: If you cancel between 60 and 89 days before your arrival, you'll receive a 50% refund of your balance payment.

• Less than 60 Days Prior to Arrival: Cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival will fall under our standard "Generous Rebooking Window" policy (balance is non-refundable but fully transferable for 2 years).

Special Consideration: Government Travel Restrictions (COVID-19 Related)

In the rare event of uncontrollable government-issued travel restrictions specifically related to COVID-19 (coronavirus) that prevent you from traveling to our location, we will issue a full refund of your balance payment. This applies only to mandatory governmental restrictions (e.g., official border closures, compulsory quarantines for travelers from your origin) and not to general advisories or personal preferences.

What's NOT Included:

International Flights: Flights to and from Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR) are not included.

Personal excursions, tours, or entry fees (other than pre-arranged pickleball court access).

Alcoholic beverages and personal spending/souvenirs.

Any meals or activities specifically designated as "on your own" (specifically two dinners).
