As a valued affiliate, it's important you understand certain legal and tax obligations.

  • Independent Contractor Status: Please note that you are an independent contractor and not an employee of Pickleball Travelers Club. You are responsible for managing your own business operations and taxes.

  • Tax Responsibilities (U.S. Affiliates): If you are a U.S. resident and earn $600 or more in a calendar year, I (Randall Wood) will be required to collect your tax information via Form W-9. We will then report these earnings to the IRS using Form 1099-NEC. It is your responsibility to accurately report this income on your tax return and pay any applicable taxes, including self-employment tax.

  • Tax Responsibilities (International Affiliates): If you are a non-U.S. resident, you may be required to complete Form W-8BEN. Tax regulations can vary, and you are responsible for understanding and complying with the tax laws in your country of residence.

  • Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your marketing and promotional activities related to Pickleball Travelers Club and our products/services. This includes, but is not limited to, advertising guidelines, disclosure requirements, and data privacy laws.

  • Accurate Representation: You are responsible for ensuring that all representations you make about Pickleball Travelers Club and our products/services are accurate and not misleading.
