FIRST VACATION HOME RENTAL - Accommodates 12 players. (6 Bedrooms / 6 Ensuite Bathrooms)

Bedroom 1: 1 King that can convert to 2 twins, full bathroom, featuring tropical outdoor shower. (Master Bedroom)

Bedroom 2: 1 King that can convert to 2 twins, with full bathroom

Bedroom 3: 2 Doubles, with full bathroom

Bedroom 4: 2 Doubles, with full bathroom

Bedroom 5: 1 Double and 1 Twin, with full bathroom

Bedroom 6: 1 Queen, with full bathroom featuring tropical outdoor shower

NOTES:

  • Double Occupancy - 2 people for each bedroom. Mostly couples will attend.

  • If requested or need be, we can accommodate a group of three for special circumstances. (See Bedroom 5).

  • Instructors either share Bedroom 5 or seek a solo female or male to book, with the understanding of rooming together.

SECOND VACATION RENTAL - Accommodates 6 people. (3 Bedrooms / 3 Ensuite Bathrooms)

Once the First Vacation Rental is full (12 people), 4 more players and 2 instructors can stay at the Second Vacation Rental.

NOTES:

  • Ideally, I want an instructor in each accommodation.

  • This 2nd accommodation will be of equal quality to the Pura Vida House and nearby.

  • Either “you” will assign rooms or we can leave it to our Costa Rican hosts to assign rooms.

  2. Purchase Travel Medical Insurance (Costs appropriately $88 dollars for 8 days for players under 70 years of age. Cost is more for those over 70 years...
